Elise spent ten years as an Elementary Teacher before deciding it was time to make a career change. Elise spends her free time traveling, attending concerts, and enjoying the beach. Elise was born and raised in Cape Coral providing an rich depth of knowledge about the real estate in the area.

Jarrett started his property management journey in 2008 when he bought and managed his first investment property in SWFL. 15 years later his passion for quality property management as well as real estate sales and investing is stronger than ever. Hailing from NH he moved to Florida in 2004 to become a scuba diving instructor. Along with diving, he is an avid golf and tennis player. His passion for real estate led him to leave his corporate sales and marketing position behind to focus on helping families with their short-term real estate needs and their long-term real estate goals

Q. Will you find tenants for my property?

Yes, we will handle it all from taking photos of your property, drawing up lease agreements, extensive background checks and credit reports. Our priority is to take care of your investment property.

Q. How much will my property lease for?

This will be determined by the current market rates. We have a team of realtors that will make data informed decisions regarding your property.

Q. Who handles maintenance calls?

We do! RIPE Property Management Services provides an on-call 24 hours a day service so your tenants will never have to wait to hear back and get any issues rectified. We use an online software company for tenants to request repairs as well.
